Water service for most of Camarillo is provided by the city’s Water Division of the Public
Works Department with other portions being served by neighboring water companies. The Water Division’s office hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. All questions pertaining to water quality, maintenance or treatment should be referred to this office. The telephone number is 388-5373. For emergency situations that occur after regular business hours or on weekends and holidays call 388-5325. To arrange for new water service connections for new construction, contact the Public Works Department at City Hall, 601 Carmen Drive, and present documentation showing the specific location of the property where water services are requested. More information and a fee schedule for improvements are can be obtained from the Public Works Department at City Hall, or by calling 388-5340. To arrange for water service at a residence or business where the connection has already been established, call the Customer Service Department at 388-5325, or come to the customer service desk at City Hall, weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. The Camarillo Water Division maintains water lines up to the water meter of residences and private businesses. Should a water line leak develop in the city's lines during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, call 388-5373. After normal business hours or on weekends and holidays, call 388-5325 for assistance. A repair crew will be dispatched as soon as possible.
