Camarillo State of the City Planned for Mid-November (Post Date: 9/18/20)

The Camarillo City Council plans to present the State of the City to the Camarillo community in mid-November.

The Annual State of the City presentation will look different this year. The City’s traditional in-person luncheon format with the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce is not an option, due to COVID-19. Early this year, we decided to produce a video that will be debuted on the City's website mid-November for the entire community to access and enjoy. Due to the delay caused by COVID-19, we are just starting our filming now, and we cannot wait to share our story with you!

The video will showcase City employees who will highlight their progress toward meeting the FY 2020/21 Council Goals & Objectives, as we stand together with our community through COVID-19.

Here's a sneak peek behind the scenes of our Public Works Director, Dave Klotzle, sharing progress on the City's Desalter and other vital capital improvement projects.
